Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
  • We offer standard shipping across India.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Charges
  • Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹50 per order.

  • For orders above ₹1500, shipping is free.

Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

  • You can track your order status anytime by contacting us or via the tracking link provided.

Shipping Restrictions
  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at info@skosh.co.in or call +91 9235821499.

  • We will investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly, either by reshipping or refunding your purchase.
